We typically like to suggest a progressive process when starting off your brow journey. If you've never had a brow shaping we would start off with this and after getting to know your concerns and lifestyle we can further determine if any of our other treatments will work for you.

If ever in doubt, you can stop by our studio or book a virtual brow consultation and we can help you out before booking your first appointment.

We absolutely can accept "foreign" lash work. 

However, we do ask that you book a New Lash Set appointment to allow us time to assess the lashes to guarantee that we can work with the pre-existing work. 

The appointment will be adjusted on our end if we can proceed with a refill. Otherwise, we will do a complimentary removal and reapply a brand new set.

We welcome you to book whatever lash refill works for you. 

However, keep in mind we will only apply what we can within that given time. 

If you arrive with 30% of your extensions left and you book in a 45min set, do not have the expectation that you will be leaving with a full set lash appearance.

We use The Lash Shop Instant Lash Lift System.

These products are designed with the finest ingredients for client comfortability and optimal lift rentention.

We know life happens, so we're pretty flexible. We allow (1) complimentary reschedule with no fess added. 

We will require a card to be held on your file when booking a Skin Treatment. If you are not comfortable with this task there are various ways to complete your booking:

- provide a $50 deposit

- purchase a gift card online and have that card held on file for you

Please allow for a minimum of 8 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. You can reach us in a variety of ways - phone, email, Instagram DM, etc. Bare in mind that we deal with charging fees on a case by case basis. 

No Show appointments will be charged the entire appointment amount with the card that is on file - or the missed appointment cost will be required to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
