It depends on your skin type and goals, but generally, we recommend a facial at least once a season to maintain healthy, balanced skin. 

If you're working on specific concerns like hyperpigmentation or acne, a more customized schedule may be suggested. 

Chemical peels use acids to exfoliate deeper layers of the skin, targeting concerns like fine lines, acne scars, and pigmentation. 

While enzyme peels use fruit-based enzymes for a gentler exfoliation, ideal for sensitive skin or first-time clients. 

If you’ve never had a peel before, we recommend starting with an enzyme peel to help your skin acclimate to the treatment. This also allows your esthetician to assess your skin and recommend a proper treatment plan tailored to your needs. 

 Yes! Our lash artists complete a rigorous practical training program before providing services. They are also certified estheticians trained in anatomy, sanitation, and proper application techniques, ensuring that your lash health is always the top priority. Additionally, our lead artist is NALA-accredited, meaning our standards align with the highest industry guidelines for lash care. 

 We prioritize integrity over trends and ensure that every client receives a thorough consultation before any treatment. Our artists assess your natural lash health through a detailed consent form and physical examination to determine the best option for you. If we find that a treatment is not suitable for you, we will offer an alternative or advise against it entirely—your lash health always comes first! 

 When done correctly by a trained professional, lash treatments should not damage your natural lashes. Our artists follow NALA guidelines and use high-quality, lash-safe products. We also educate clients on proper aftercare to maintain lash health. 

 We prioritize your comfort and are trained in proper pain management techniques. A high-quality topical anesthetic is applied before and during the procedure to ensure minimal discomfort. Most clients only feel a light scratching sensation at the very beginning—after that, they typically just feel the gentle vibration of the machine. Many clients even find the experience so relaxing that they fall asleep, yes, even during lip blushing! 

A touch-up session is required 6 to 8 weeks after the initial procedure to assess how the pigment has healed and make any necessary adjustments. During this session, we refine the shape, even out any areas where pigment may have faded, and perfect the overall look.

Your micropigmentation's finished result should typically last 1 to 3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.  To maintain long-term results, we recommend an annual refresh to keep the color vibrant and the shape well-defined.

Before your procedure, we conduct a thorough consultation to discuss your goals, assess your facial structure, and customize the pigment shade and technique to suit you.

Full results are visible after about 4-6 weeks, however, the healing process typically takes 7-14 days.

Immediately after the procedure, the treated area may appear darker and slightly swollen- this is completely normal. Over the next few days, light scabbing or flaking may occur as your skin heals. 

As the skin regenerates, the color will soften and may even appear lighter before settling into its final shade. This is why the 6 to 8 week touch-up session is essential-to perfect any areas where pigment may have faded.
